In the years 1986-1990 he participated in the work of the Student Scientific Club at the Clinic of General Surgery and Thoracic Diseases. Since 1990 he has been employed at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical Academy in Warsaw in the Department and Clinic of General Surgery and Thoracic Diseases. In 1993 he obtained the first and in 1997 the second degree of specialization in General Surgery, moving to the position of senior assistant at the Clinic. He defended his doctoral thesis entitled: \"Results and most frequent complications of internal carotid endarterectomy\", supervised by prof. dr hab. n. med. Mieczys\u0142aw Szostek, with distinction in 2003. In the same year he obtained a specialization in Vascular Surgery and began working as a consultant at the Vascular Clinic of the SPCSK at 1a Banacha Street. He performs procedures in the field of vascular surgery, including reconstruction of arterial vessels of the lower limbs, cerebral arteries, trunk arteries, procedures on the venous system in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and post-thrombotic syndrome. In the years 2006-2009 he worked as a consultant in Vascular Surgery at the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
